Scheme Detail: Design and Build of a 4 Bedroom Luxury home. Includes securing planning permission, executing the development by transforming it into a residential complex while preserving essential historical structures. Hunter Kavell managed the entire proposal from the scheme's initiation to final build, liaising with local authorities, conducting the design process and securing the necessary planning permission.

The scheme consisted of carrying out the full retrofit works to 46 properties which consisted of a range of works including the following:

Subcontractors were selected through a vigorous comparison not just comparing the most cost effective, but the contractor who will bring the most value to the end users with factoring in time, cost and quality of works. The whole life costings for the client for best value for money was also considered.

Pre-construction: 12 weeks Construction: 35 weeks Council: Wyre Forest District Council
Scheme detail: Design and build of an existing structure into 16 luxurious studio apartments, complete with both internal and external communal spaces. This included obtaining planning permission and securing necessary approvals required for build. Beyond the interior, the project extended its scope to the external surroundings. This included the installation of aesthetically pleasing block paving, the creation of soft landscaping features and the development of an entertainment room. These external amenities enhance the overall appeal and functionality of the residential complex, contributing to a holistic living experience for the future occupants.
